We stand behind the quality of our leather goods. That’s why Cavile products are backed by a 2-year guarantee. During this period, any manufacturing defects or functional issues will be repaired free of charge.

What’s Covered

Our guarantee covers faults in craftsmanship or materials under normal use. Because our products are made by hand, slight variations in color or texture are part of what makes each item unique — these are not considered defects, but rather a testament to authentic artisanal production.

What’s Not Covered

Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care is not included under the guarantee. Additionally, smartphone cases are excluded from this warranty. While our cases are made with the same premium leather and designed to withstand everyday wear, their constant exposure to rough surfaces and frequent handling makes them more vulnerable over time. That said, they’re built to last and will age beautifully with proper use.

Please note: Shipping costs for sending items to and from our workshop in Pontassieve, Italy, are the responsibility of the customer.
